Flash Flood Warning for Northwestern San Diego County

The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for Northwestern San Diego County, Orange County and Riverside County until 1 p.m.

At 9:55 a.m. doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area.  Between  0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last few hours.  The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 to 1 inch in one hour.  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
