Excessive Heat Warning Today through Friday for San Diego County Desert.

The National Weather Service warns that dangerously hot conditions with temperatures of 110 degrees to 118 degrees are expected in the San Diego County Deserts.  The warning is in effect from 10:00 a.m. today until Friday, 7/5/2024 at 8:00 p.m.

  • Stay inside or under shaded areas. 
  • Drink lots of water. 
  • If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1. 
  • Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
