Excessive Heat Warning Today through Saturday for San Diego County Mountains and Valleys.
The National Weather Service warns that hot conditions of 90 to 104 degrees will be present for the San Diego County Mountains and Valleys from 11 a.m. today until Saturday 7/6/23 at 9 p.m.
- Stay inside or under shaded areas.
- Drink lots of water.
- If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
- Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
