Strong Odor Along North Coast

The County Office of Emergency Services is monitoring reports of a strong odor along the north coastal areas of San Diego County.  The Air Pollution Control District is assessing the situation with support from the County’s Hazardous Incident Response Team. The Coast Guard has no reports of a spill in the area.
