The County’s Office of Emergency Services and Aging & Independence Services have teamed up with our community partners to provide paper copies of the Personal Disaster Plan for People Who May Need Assistance which is available in 12 languages. You can obtain your copy at any of the below locations. If you are not able to obtain a copy from one of the below locations or are unable to have a copy printed, you can request a copy be mailed to you by filling out a form by clicking here. Note, please contact the Community Partner before arrival to confirm hours of operation.
